[English]

Today, there are a number of challenges facing the organization providing aircraft maintenance services to create an integrated supply chain management structure in the redesign of the business process. In this research, a proposed model for re-designing the business process examined and tested after using it in the supply chain of the overhaul and maintenance organization of the airline. This program has led to a change in the policy of redesigning the business process of airline repair service providers by the overhauls and maintenance of independent airlines. The results of this program showe that the proposed method of redesigning business processes in order to support the integration of supply chain management can, in addition to improving the competitive advantage, lead to transparency in scheduling and scheduling.
The research is practical and based on the descriptive-correlation research. In the analytical statistics of this research, various indicators of the supply chain management integration variable have been explored exploratoryly. The findings from the analysis of data in the application indicate that the process of redesigning the business process in the integration of the supply chain will lead to high transparency in driving directions and saving company costs.
