چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر توانمندسازی کارکنان سبز بر خرید سبز با توجه به نقش میانجی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز است. این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه 133 نفر از کارکنان شرکت‌ تولید‌کننده مواد غذایی سبز در شهر تهران است که به روش نمونه‌گیری کوکران انتخاب شدند و جهت سنجش اطلاعات از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد 19 گویه‌ای با طیف پنج گزینه‌ای لیکرت استفاده شد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزیی و نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS‌ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جهت سنجش روایی از روایی همگرا و واگرا توسط نرم‌افزار بهره گرفته شد و به منظور برازش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و ضریب آن برای تمام سازه‌های پژوهش بیشتر از 7/0 می‌باشد. نتایج به دست آمده، حاکی از آن است که توانمندسازی کارکنان سبز بر خرید سبز و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز بر خرید سبز را تأیید کرد. با این وجود، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز رابطه میان توانمندسازی کارکنان سبز و خرید سبز را میانجی‌گری نمی‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of green employees' empowerment on green purchasing with respect to the role of mediating green supply chain management. This is an applied and descriptive study and has been performed by survey method. The statistical population of this study is 133 employees of green food company in Tehran who are selected by Cochran sampling method and 19 items with 5 spectrum options used to measure the information. The questionnaire based on Likert spectrum is used in order to collect information. Structural equations’ modeling is used to analyze research data with Smart-PLS software. The validity of convergent and divergent validity is used by software, In order to fit the reliability, Cronbakh alpha was used and its coefficient for all research structures is more than 0.7.
The results indicate that the empowerment of green employees has a positive and significant effect on green purchases and green supply chain management. However, Green Supply Chain Management does not mediate the link between greening staff empowerment and green purchases.
