اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار بر توسعه محصولات سبز با تکنیک تحلیل شبکه‌ای ANP( مطالعه موردی:صنابع بهداشتی و شوینده)

چکیده

این پژوهش به بررسی عوامل تاثیر گذار بر توسعه محصول سبز در استان قزوین پرداخته است. در این تحقیق طبق مطالعات قبلی و با استفاده از ادبیات نظری پیشین مولفه های تاتیر گذار را شناسایی نموده ایم از جمله : بازاریابی سبز ، تصمیم خرید سبز، قوانین حمایت دولت از محیط زیست، ارزش ادارک شده مصرف کننده، افزایش نگرانی‌های جهان از آلودگی‌های زیست محیطی ایجاد شده از صنایع و آگاهی‌های عمومی نسبت به حفظ و نگهداری از محیط‌زیست منجر به توجه مصرف‌کنندگان مسائل زیست‌محیطی را گردیده است. امروزه مشتریان در کانون اصلی توجه شرکت‌ها قرار دارند و رضایت‌مندی آن‌ها از عوامل اصلی کسب مزیت رقابتی در بین سازمان‌ها است. جلب رضایت مشتریان به معنای برآورده ساختن کامل نیازهای آن‌ها و شناسایی دقیق خواسته‌ها، انتظارات، تمایلات، توانایی‌ها و محدودیت‌های آن‌ها در خرید است. بازار مداری با درک چرایی و چگونگی رفتار مصرف‌کنندگان آغاز می‌شود. تحقیق حاضر به‌ منظور بررسی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر توسعه محصول سبز در صنعت شوینده و بهداشتی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل دو گروه است. گروه اول 30 نفر متخصصین و خبره های این حوزه طی پرسشنامه‌ای با تعداد ۳ مؤلفه اصلی با ۹ شاخص غربالگری قرار گرفتند. گروه دوم 250 نفر کارشناسان مصرف کننده مواد بهداشتی و شوینده هستند. که در مرحله بعد این مؤلفه‌ها طی پرسشنامه‌ای با روش D-ANP اولویت ‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفه مصرف‌کنندگان بالاترین اثر و مؤلفه جامعه کمترین تأثیر رادارند.

چکیده [English]

Since the creation of the Industrial Revolution,  the concern environmental has been a matter of great interest in societies. Today, manufacturing industries have begun to use the green concept in their manufacturing sector. Customers and environmentalists have paid a special attention the products that are not environmental friendly. This has led to the industry's keen attention to the development of  the green products. The purpose of the study is investigate the factors influencing  the green product development. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of  the experts and experienced them ,a sample size are 30 people. The data collection method is field and library. Then, according to the definition of indicators and sub-indicators, a designed questionnaire was distributed among the experts and experts of the industry and after collecting data using the ANP technique, the highest-ranking index was selected as the best priority .The results of the research show that the most important indicator of society then are the indicators of consumers and industries.
