بررسی تأثیر رضایت مشتریان بر ارزش ویژه نام تجاری با میانجیگری متغیر اعتماد مشتریان به برند در صنایع غذایی آستان قدس رضوی

چکیده

امروزه، بسیاری از سازمان‌ها به این باور رسیده‌اند که برند یکی از باارزش‌ترین دارایی‌های آن‌هاست. ازجمله مهم‌ترین مشخصه‌های یک برند، قابلیت اعتماد و ارزش ویژه برند است. ازآنجاکه بالا بردن رضایت مشتری و وفادار کردن او عنصری مهم و اساسی در هر رابطه‌ای محسوب می‌شود؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر رضایت مشتریان بر ارزش ویژه برند با میانجیگری متغیر اعتماد مشتریان به برند در صنایع غذایی آستان قدس رضوی می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا یک تحقیق پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مشتریان محصولات آستان قدس رضوی شهر مشهد و تعداد اعضای نمونه 384 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش الگوی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار لیزرل انجام گرفت. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد اعتماد به برند ریشه در تجربه گذشته برند و هم‌چنین رابطه مثبتی با وفاداری به برند دارد که به‌نوبه خود باعث حفظ یک رابطه مثبت با ارزش ویژه برند است. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان می‌دهد که اعتماد به برند به توضیح بهتر ارزش ویژه برند کمک می‌کند.
