بررسی عوامل موثر تقاضای اشتغال در بخش صنعت ایران

چکیده

اشتغال و عوامل موثر بر ان یکی از متغیرهای مهم اقتصاد کلان است ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی جدید و افزایش اشتغال، یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران اقتصادی محسوب می‌گردد. شناسائی عوامل موثر بر تقاضای اشتغال از مسائل مهم اقتصاد ایران محسوب می‌گردد که بخش صنعت یکی از بخش‌های است که در فرآیند ایجاد اشتغال و افزایش آن اهمیت زیادی دارد. هدف این مقاله تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل موثر تقاضای اشتغال در بخش‌ صنعت به تفکیک کدهای ISIC دو رقمی دارای 10 نفر کارکن و بیشتر در دوره 94-1375 با استفاده از رویکرد پانل دیتا و برآوردگرهای گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته و حداقل مربعات کاملا تعدیل شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد کشش تقاضای اشتغال نسبت به؛ دستمزد از 15/0- تا 14/0-، تولید از 46/0 تا 48/0 و موجودی سرمایه از 08/0 تا 13/0 است و بیشترین سهم اشتغال به ترتیب در صنایع تولید زغال کک، پالایشگاه‌های نفت و سوخت‌ هسته‌ای است.

چکیده [English]

Identifying the factors affecting job demand is one of the most important issues in the Iranian economy. The industry sector is one of the sectors which is very important in the process of job creation and its growth. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors affecting employment demand in the industry by dividing the two-digit ISIC codes by 10 employees and the period 1996-2015 using a panel data approach and Generalize Method of Moments (GMM) and Fully Modified Least Squares Method (FMOLS) estimators. The results show that the elasticity of employment demand to wages is -0.15 to -0.14, production is from 0.46 to 0.48 and the capital stock is from 0.08 to 0.13. The largest share of employment is in the coke, oil, and nuclear fuel industries, respectively.
