بررسی تأثیر شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر مدیریت روابط با مشتریان در صنعت بانکداری

چکیده

در قرن بیست و یکم و هزاره‌ی فناوری اطلاعات، نقش وسایل ارتباط جمعی بسیار مهم و تعیین‌کننده است، به‌عبارتی در تمام دنیا سازمان‌ها سعی می‌کنند به نحوی از رسانه‌های اجتماعی مختلف به نفع خود استفاده کنند. در این میان بانک‌ها نیز یکی از بزرگ‌ترین سازمان‌هایی هستند که سعی می‌کنند از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی به کارهای مختلفی مانند بازاریابی، برندینگ و مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان بپردازند. از این‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر مدیریت روابط با مشتری در صنعت بانکداری است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا، پیمایشی است، جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کارکنان شعب بانک رفاه شهرستان زاهدان است که پرسشنامه آن برمبنای مدل‌های به‌کارگرفته شده شامل، مدل NICI برای شبکه‌های اجتماعی و مدل مدیریت روابط با مشتریان سین و همکاران و مدل دانایی و همکاران، طراحی شده و میان 83 نفر از کارکنان توزیع گردید. پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش توسط نرم‌افزارهای 24 SPSS و smart PLS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. جهت اطمینان بیشر از یافته‌های به‌دست آمده، مصاحبه‌ای نیز با 12 نفر از مسئولین و مدیران بانک انجام شد. در نهایت، یافته‌ها نشان داد که در سطح اطمینان 95/0، متغیر دسترسی، هوشمندی، تعاملات و اعتبار منابع هر کدام به‌ترتیب 53/0، 59/0، 26/0 و 47/0 از تغییرات مربوط به مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان را تبیین می‌کنند

چکیده [English]

In the 21st century and the millennium of information technology, the role of mass media is crucial and determinants, In other words, throughout the world, organizations are trying to use some kind of social media to their advantage. Meanwhile, banks are also one of the largest organizations that try to do business through social networking activities such as marketing, branding and customer relationship management. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social networks on customer relationship management in the banking industry. This research is practical in terms of purpose and in terms of its implementation method, a survey is carried out. The statistical population of the research includes employees of branches of bank of the city of Zahedan, which is a questionnaire based on the models used for social networks and customer relationship management design And distributed among 83 employees. The results of this questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 24 and smart PLS softwares. The results showe that at 95% confidence level, the Navigation variables are 53/0, Intelligence 59, Interaction 0.26, and Source Credibility 0.47 of the changes related to customer relationship management.
