[English]

Supplier performance can be affected by criteria related to supplier development. Therefore, identifying and prioritizing criteria related to supplier development can be of particular importance for various industries, especially the automotive industry. Identifying and categorizing the criteria related to supplier development in previous studies, but prioritizing them in this article is achieved using the best-worst method. For this purpose, first the matrix of pairwise comparisons of criteria in the four categories of tangible, intangible, relationships and environment was extracted by a survey of experts in the automotive industry and after modeling them based on the best-worst method and solving optimization models, the weights of criteria in the category Quadruple's are obtained. The results show that in the categories of tangible, intangible, relationships and environment, the criteria of quality capability, trust, cooperation and having environmental standards as the best criteria and the ability to deliver, willingness, transparency and participation in the activity Green development's, are the worst criteria. Respectively. Discussions and conclusions as well as suggestions for the automotive industry are based on the weights of criteria in each category. Considering that previous researches and especially internal researches have not addressed the issue of prioritizing criteria related to supplier development, the results of this research can be used for companies active in the Iranian automotive industry in order to allocate resources to important criteria and formulation of supplier relationship management policies will be useful.
