Abstract

In terms of the purpose of the research, the present research is of an applied type, and in terms of the method of data collection, it relies on the comparative study method and the descriptive-survey method. Therefore, in the first phase, a comparative study of the selected pioneer and successful countries of the home appliance industry (which are located especially in the Asian continent) is considered.
In the second phase, a meeting and interviews were held with industry experts, and then in the third phase, based on the compilation of the findings from the first and second phases of the present study and with the help of a questionnaire compiled based on the QCD model, policies were prioritized.
Considering the policy programs of other countries as well as the results of the evaluation of questionnaires distributed among experts and interviews conducted with household appliance industry activists, the axes of measures and programs to improve the competitiveness of the country's household appliance industry It can be seen in the main axes of the policy including "reforming the corporate structure and improving the economies of scale and diversity", "explaining the competitiveness roadmap based on the development and completion of the supply network (especially component manufacturing)". Strengthening the competitiveness of production and the value chain by focusing on mergers and the formation of consortiums and business groups", "Recommendation to strengthen the competitiveness of the links connected to production" and "Improving the competitiveness of the product in technological dimensions" through joint research and development.
