Identification and Ranking of Green Financing Components for the Development of Green Economy Index (Case Study of Qazvin Province)

Abstract

In recent years, Payiag attention to environmental issues and future challenges have become as
important considerations for industries to achieve financial goals and earn a higher share in the
market by development, green and clean energy, reduction of Pollution and the correction of
consumption in natural resources. The purpose of this research is to identify and rank green financing components for developing green economy index in small and medium companies of Qazvin City using fuzzy network analysis method. This is a descriptive-survey study. After the evaluation of the studies with Fuzzy Network Analysis Techniques are identified 20 items according to experts,
mangers. For analysis of data, the permutation technique and genetic algorithm were used. The results indicate that the maintenance and conservation component of energy is of the highest importance in green financing for the development of the green economy of small and medium enterprises, and other components are ranked according to their importance in table 5, respectively.
