Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the paradigm model of industrial and commercial development based on economic and financial indicators in Gachsaran Oil and Gas Company. This study is a cross-sectional survey research in terms of practical purpose, in terms of method and time period of data collection, and in terms of research design, it is a mixed research. The community of participants of the qualitative part includes academic professors and senior managers of Gachsaran Oil and Gas Company, 15 of whom were selected by theoretical sampling. The statistical population of the quantitative part includes managers, supervisors and experts of Gachsaran Oil and Gas Company. The minimum sample size was estimated to be 384 people using Cochran’s formula and simple random sampling method was used. The data collection tools were semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part with the grounded theory method and in the quantitative part with the partial least squares method. The research findings showed that causal conditions (technological resources, knowledge of the oil and gas industry, and the country’s legal and political environment) affect the central phenomenon (human, technological, and financial resource capabilities). The underlying conditions (financial index and economic index) and intervening conditions (sanction diplomacy) lead to consequences (industrial and commercial development of the country and national and international interactions) by influencing the strategies and measures (government commercialization policy).
