Identifying and Ranking the Factors that Reduce the Damage Caused by International Sanctions in the Field of Importing Electronic Components Based on the AHP Technique

Abstract
How to Resilience international sanctions is one of the most important resistance strategies in the political-economic and technical fields. The factors that increase the degree of resilience and accelerate the return from the point of shock to balance are effective factors in reducing the damage caused by sanctions. indicators of active
economic diplomacy financial and monetary support and finally the development of knowledge-based companies
 as three strategic options to reduce the effects of international sanctions on importing electronic components identified which were prioritized according to the structure of the problem using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The above research is quantitative in terms of practical purpose, in terms of data collection, and descriptive and analytical in terms of research method.
The statistical population is limited due to inclusion in a specific industrial market and includes 24 managers and
experts using the Delphi method. The damages caused by sanctions were identified by experts in questionnaire
number 1 in 10 headings, which were evaluated in 4 dimensions. Also, in questionnaire number 2, the factors that reduce damages are explained in 8 headings was classified and evaluated in 3 scopes.
