Abstract
 
Information asymmetry is a phenomenon that overestimates the implementation of the terms of industrial property insurance contracts. This phenomenon occurs in the absence of information transparency, so that one of the parties to the contract has access to information that is not at the disposal of the other. Although some of the principles governing industrial property insurance contracts, such as the principle of maximum good faith, require contracting parties to provide accurate information and provide information transparency, but in cases of misconduct in one of the interlocutors, the proper implementation of contracts concluded in this area is challenged encountered. One of the consequences of this phenomenon is the negative choice of the insurer and the insurer and creates moral hazard, which has a bad effect on the economic development of a country. There are, of course, solutions to address these challenges, which is best to create information transparency through the implementation of new electronic tools in Iran's legal system. The BlockChain is a place where, having unique features and new tools, it provides the possibility of maximum transparency and causes the elimination of this phenomenon.
