The Effect of Business Intelligence and its Components on Creating and Developing an Agile Organization

Abstract
Business intelligence is a set of solutions that help managers better understand business conditions. Organizational agility is a conscious and comprehensive response to changing needs in competitive markets and success from the opportunities that the organization obtains. Agility is the result of comprehensive awareness of changes (identification of opportunities and challenges) inside and outside the organization, which despite the use of resources to respond to these changes, has the ability to implement them in the organization. The purpose of the research is to investigate the effect of business intelligence and its components on organizational agility in Zahedan National Bank. The research method is applied and survey in terms of purpose and data collection. The statistical sample of the current research is 120 employees of all branches of Zahedan National Bank. The data collection tool was Perovich's business intelligence questionnaire in 2012. In this research, Spss software version 24 was used for data analysis. The findings of the research using t-Student and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests show a significant relationship between business intelligence and organizational agility among the branches of National Bank of Zahedan. The research results showed that the variable of business intelligence has a significant effect on organizational agility and its dimensions. Also, business intelligence has the greatest impact on the competence dimension in organizational agility. According to the results, in order to improve the state of agility and organizational performance in National Bank through the promotion of business intelligence and organizational agility, practical and feasible suggestions have been presented.
