Abstract
Undoubtedly, increasing attention to the effects of organization on the environment, requires attention to sustainable performance and meeting social, economic and environmental needs. Over the past decade, researchers have paid great attention to the challenge of developing sustainable HR systems and Supply Chain in achieving corporate sustainability goals. We have little knowledge of how sustainable human resource management can effectively contribute to corporate sustainable performances goals. If design and implementation of sustainable human resource management practices is not effective, the use of valuable resources such as humans becomes complex and complicated in organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which sustainable HR practices influence triple economic, social, and environmental performance. The mediating role of green supply chain management is also examined in this relationship. The present study is descriptive-survey in terms of purpose and data collection method. The statistical population of the present study consists of 5789 companies active in Industrial Estate of Mazandaran province. Statistical analysis shows that sustainable human resource management directly and indirectly effects sustainable performance. Although external green supply chain management was related to all three dimensions of sustainable performance, the hypothesis about the impact of sustainable human resource management on social performance has been rejected by the mediating role of the internal supply chain. According to the results of the research, suggestions have been made for managers to improve their sustainable performance and gain economic, social and environmental benefits.
