The study is applied and in terms of methodology, is descriptive-survey. 470 companies Senior executives of knowledge based companies in the Isfahan Industrial proviance are the statical population, which at the end, 43 companies are selected as samples based on structural equations. In order to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses, structural equation modeling and smart pls software have been used. The results indicate that the relationship between supply chain agility and cost efficiency on financial performance, as well as the cost-effectiveness mediating role between supply chain agility and financial performance, are rejected. But the relationship between supply chain agility and cost efficiency, as well as the mediating role of customer orientaion in the relationship between agility of the supply chain and financial performance are confirmed. Therefore, we suggest that these companies managers should always pay more attention to the key role of supply chain agility, which has a direct impact on customer orientation and cost efficiency, and ultimately improves corporate financial performance. <br />  <br />  <br />  <strong>هدف از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی رابطه بین چابکی زنجیره تأمین و عملکرد مالی با نقش میانجی</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>گری کارایی هزینه و مشتری</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>مداری شرکت</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>ها و کارخانه</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>های دانش</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>بنیان حاضر در شهرک صنعتی اصفهان است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>شناسی، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه مورد نظر در این مطالعه، مدیران ارشد شرکت</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>های دانش</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>بنیان حاضر در شهرک صنعتی اصفهان که تعداد آن 470 شرکت بوده که با توجه به روش معادلات ساختاری، 43 شرکت به</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>اند. به</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>منظور تحلیل داده</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>ها و آزمون فرضیه</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>های تحقیق از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>افزار </strong><strong>smart pls</strong><strong> استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از رد رابطه</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>های بین چابکی زنجیره تأمین و کارایی هزینه بر عملکرد مالی  و همچنین نقش میانجی کارایی هزینه در رابطه بین چابکی زنجیره تأمین و عملکرد مالی است. اما روابط بین چابکی زنجیره تأمین و کارایی هزینه و همچنین نقش میانجی مشتری</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>مداری در رابطه بین چابکی زنجیره تأمین و عملکرد مالی مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. بخش پایانی مقاله، توصیه</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>های سیاستی را در بر می</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>گیرد.</strong> https://barresybazargani.itsr.ir/article_243206_41365a85d0a88bf81b298f371781fc3a.pdf
