Global economic powers try to use formal and informal tools to keep their trade power through production and export of knowledge-intensive products. The aim of this paper is to firstly introduce these tools using comparative studies and secondly investigate the Iran's status in each tool. Studies show that emerging economies have been able to present themselves as new global players by expanding their high-tech exports. In addition, trade restrictions on goods, knowledge-based trade, foreign direct investment and international transfer of capital have been the most important tools for maintaining long-term economic power of great economies. Despite the importance of such tools, investigating the high-tech exports in Iran shows a low share of such products in country's trade because of factors such as lack of a master plan for production of high-tech goods, low rate of technology penetration among firms, low technology transfer through FDI and high investment risks because of sanctions, weak collaboration between industry and university, low spending in research and development (R&D) and limited financing resources. It should be noted that Iranian policy makers have not properly used these tools in order to improve country's position in global high-tech trade.    }, keywords = {Trade Power / High Tech Export / Sanction / New World Order}, title_fa = {صادرات محصولات با فناوری بالا و قدرت های اقتصادی نوظهور؛ واکاوی مولفه های مرتبط در اقتصاد ایران}, abstract_fa = {حجم و سهم از تجارت جهانی به ویژه صادرات کالا با فن‌آوری بالا یکی از شاخصه‌های قدرت اقتصادی در نظم نوین اقتصاد جهانی است. کشورهای با قدرت اقتصادی بالا با استفاده از ابزارهای رسمی و غیررسمی تلاش می کنند قدرت تجاری ناشی از تفاوت دانش را در بلندمدت از این طریق حفظ کنند. هدف این مقاله تبیین این ابزارها در تجربه های جهانی و سپس بررسی وضعیت ایران در ارتباط با این مولفه ها است. بررسی نشان می دهد که قدرت های نوظهور توانسته اند با افزایش تجارت کالاهای با فناوری بالا، خود را به عنوان قدرت های جدید جهانی مطرح کنند. علاوه بر این، محدودیت در تجارت کالا، تجارت دانش، سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی و انتقال بین المللی سرمایه مهمترین ابزارها در حفظ بلندمدت ریشه های تجاری قدرت های بزرگ بوده است. وضعیت ایران در صادرات محصولات با فناوری بالا نشان دهنده سهم ناچیز این محصولات در تجارت ایران بوده است که عمدتا ریشه در عدم وجود برنامه مشخص در تولید محصولات با فناوری بالا، ضریب پایین نفوذ تکنولوژی در میان بنگاه ها، پایین بودن انتقال تکنولوژی از طریق جذب FDI و تاثیر تحریم ها بر افزایش ریسک سرمایه‌گذاری، رابطه ضعیف صنعت و دانشگاه، شدت پایین هزینه‌های R&D و در نهایت محدودیت در تامین مالی. باید توجه داشت، ابزارهایی که می تواند جایگاه ایران را در میان کشورهای قدرتمند تغییر دهد چندان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است و تحریم های اقتصادی می تواند به عنوان یک محور فشار مورد توجه کشورهای غربی قرار دارد.}, keywords_fa = {"نظم نوین اقتصادی جهانی","قدرت تجاری","صادارت با فنآوری بالا","تحریم"}, url = {https://barresybazargani.itsr.ir/article_31805.html}, eprint = {https://barresybazargani.itsr.ir/article_31805_c7f62cd329e01691170896067d68fba9.pdf} }
