بررسی نقش سرمایه های اجتماعی در بهبود عملکرد محیطی و اقتصادی از طریق مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری-مطالعه موردی شرکتهای شهرک صنعتی شیراز

چکیده

این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی نقش سرمایه‌های اجتماعی در میزان تاثیر مدیریت زنجیره‌تأمین سبز بر عملکرد محیطی و اقتصادی سازمان انجام شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر را تعدادی از شرکت‌های موجود در شهرک صنعتی بزرگ شیراز تشکیل می‌دهند. به منظور سنجش سرمایه‌ اجتماعی سه بعد آن که به نظر می‌رسید تاثیر بیشتری در پیشبرد اهداف مدیریت زنجیره‌تأمین سبز داشته باشد، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این ابعاد شامل اعتماد، همکاری و تعهدات و انتظارات می‌باشد. از طرفی برای مدیریت زنجیره‌تأمین سبز دو فعالیت کلیدی آن شامل خرید سبز و نوآوری سبز در نظر گرفته شد. به منظور آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهشی از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بر پایه‌ی روش کم‌ترین مربعات جزئی توسط نرم‌افزار پی ال اس استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مدیریت زنجیره‌تأمین سبز، هم به‌صورت مستقیم و هم به‌صورت غیرمستقیم و به واسطه‌ی نقش میانجی سرمایه‌های اجتماعی، بر عملکرد محیطی و اقتصادی سازمان تاثیر می‌گذارد. اگرچه مشخص شد که شدت این تاثیر با توجه به هر یک از ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی متفاوت می‌باشد. در نهایت نیز پیشنهاداتی برای سازمان‌هایی که سعی در بهبود عملکرد محیطی و اقتصادی خود از طریق مدیریت زنجیره‌تأمین سبز را دارند، ارائه گردید.
