بررسی رابطه بین شیوه‌های مدیریت دانش و نوآوری در سازمان با در نظر گرفتن متغیر میانجی کاربرد دانش (مورد مطالعه: شرکت پتروشیمی ماهشهر)

چکیده

هدف: در عصر دانایی محوری، نوآوری به یکی از مهمترین مزیتهای رقابتی سازمانهای پیشرو تبدیل شده است. از این رو این سازمانها تلاش میکنند برای حفظ جایگاه رقابتی خود عملکرد نوآورانه خود را توسعه دهند. یکی از روشهای مؤثر در این زمینه اجرای موفقیتآمیز مدیریت دانش و کاربردی نمودن دانش در سازمان است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین شیوههای مدیریت دانش و نوآوری در سازمان با در نظر گرفتن متغیر میانجی کاربرد دانش در شرکت پتروشیمی ماهشهر میباشد.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی میباشد و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت پتروشیمی ماهشهر به تعداد 20000 نفر است که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری تحقیق، پرسشنامه بوده و برای اندازهگیری روایی پرسشنامهها از روش صوری و محتوایی و برای تعیین پایایی آن آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار 0.82 محاسبه گردید. دادههای گردآوری شده بر اساس تحلیل مسیر معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار AMOS مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که شیوههای مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد نوآوری و کاربرد دانش و کاربرد دانش بر عملکرد نوآوری تأثیر داشته است.
نتیجه‌‌گیری: با به کارگیری سیستمهای مختلف دانشی در شرکت پتروشیمی می‌‌توان میزان نوآوری به ویژه در زمینه توسعه خدمات و محصولات خلاقانه را بهبود بخشید و در این میان با بهرهگیری از تجربیات دانشی قبلی و نیز بازخوردهایی که از پروژههای مختلف میتوان کسب کرد، توانایی ایجاد نوآوری بیشتر خواهد شد.

Purpose: In the age of knowledge, innovation has become one of the most important competitive advantages of leading organizations. Therefore, these organizations try to develop their innovative performance to maintain their competitive position. One of the effective methods in this field is the successful implementation of knowledge management and application of knowledge in the organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management methods and innovation in the organization, considering the mediating variable of knowledge application in Mahshahr Petrochemical Company.
Methodology: This research is descriptive-survey in terms of method, and its statistical population includes all employees of Mahshahr Petrochemical Company, numbering 20,000 people, and 384 people were selected as a statistical sample using Morgan's table. The measuring tool of the research is a questionnaire, and to measure the validity of the questionnaires using the form and content method, and to determine its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was calculated with a value of 0.82. The collected data were evaluated based on structural equation path analysis in AMOS software.
Results: The results showed that knowledge management methods on innovation performance, knowledge management methods on knowledge application and knowledge application on innovation performance.
Conclusion: By using different knowledge systems in the petrochemical company, it is possible to improve the level of innovation, especially in the field of developing creative services and product and the ability to create innovation will increase.
