In this study, the effect of electronic banking and human capital on the profitability of banks and the moderating role of human capital in the effectiveness of electronic banking on profitability were investigated. For this purpose, data from 16 banks for the years 2011 to 2019 and generalized method of moments were used. The results of estimation of regression show that the expansion of electronic banking and human capital on the profitability of selected banks has been positive and significant and human capital further increases the bank's ability to enjoy the benefits of electronic banking.
