ارائه الگویی از عوامل مؤثر بر بانکداری شرکتی دیجیتال در بانک‌های تجاری کشور با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی

چکیده

فناوری دیجیتال، بازسازی ساختارهای بانکداری خرد را از سال‌ها پیش شروع کرد اما بسیار دیرتر بانکداری شرکتی را به تغییر واداشت که این تحول دیجیتال درنهایت سراغ بانکداری شرکتی آمد؛ بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش ارائه الگویی از عوامل مؤثر بر بانکداری شرکتی دیجیتال در بانک‌های تجاری کشور با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون بوده است. روش پژوهش مورداستفاده، تحلیل مضمون و جامعه این پژوهش پانزده نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان علمی و اجرایی صنعت بانکداری بوده‌‌اند که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب‌شده و مورد مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفته‌‌اند. در بخش کیفی، روایی و پایایی به شیوه‌های مختلف مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش منجر به شناسایی 155 کد پایه، 49 مضمون سازمان‌‌دهنده و 21 مضمون فراگیر ‌شده است. مضامین فراگیر شناسایی‌شده در این پژوهش در سه دسته عوامل سازمانی، محیطی و فردی عبارت‌اند از مهارت و قابلیت‌‌ها، مدیریت برند، مدل کسب‌وکار، رقابت، مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری، مشتریان، عوامل جمعیت شناختی، پرداخت دیجیتال، نگرش دیجیتالی، بانکداری شرکتی دیجیتال، فضای کسب‌وکار، مدیریت مالی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، زیرساخت‌های یکپارچه، بازاریابی، موبایل، ساختار سازمانی، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، یادگیری سازمانی، قوانین و مقررات، مدیریت ریسک و حمایت مدیریت عالی بوده است.

چکیده [English]

Digital technology began rebuilding micro-banking structures many years ago, but much later changed corporate banking, which eventually led to corporate banking; Therefore, the purpose of this study was to Presenting a pattern of factors affecting on digital corporate banking in commercial banks using the thematic analysis approach; The research method used, thematic analysis and statistical population of this research were fifteen experts and scientific and executive experts of the banking industry who were purposefully selected and interviewed semi-structured. In the qualitative part, validity and reliability have been confirmed in various ways. The results of the research led to the identification of 155 basic themes, 49 organizing themes and 21 global themes identified. The global themes identified in this study in three categories of organizational, environmental and individual factors are: skills and capabilities, brand management, business model, competition, customer relationship management, customers, demographic factors, digital payment, digital attitude, digital corporate banking, business environment, financial management, management Human resources, integrated infrastructure, marketing, mobile, organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational learning, rules and regulations, risk management and senior management support.
