ارائه الگوی توانمندسازی شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط

چکیده

در دنیای امروز؛ تغییر و تحولات و انعطافپذیری لازمهی تأمین بقای سازمانها است. توانمندسازی بهعنوان یکی از راهبردهای اساسی برای افزایش عملکرد و تأمین بقا در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط عنوان شده است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفههای توانمندسازی شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط (در سطح شهر تهران) و همچنین اولویتبندی این مؤلفهها و ارائه مدلی با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری است. دادههای پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه با مدیران شرکتهای تولیدی موادغذایی و ماشینآلات ایرانخودرو بهدست آمده است.
 یافتهها نشان میدهد که دوازده مؤلفه اساسی رقابتپذیری، توانایی مدیریتی، تعیین استراتژی، تغییر و تحول، تعهد کاری، خطمشیها و سیاستهای تجاری، شفافیت و گزارشدهی، آمادگی در برابر حوادث، نوآوری فناورانه، بازاریابی و صادرات، تیمسازی و توسعه آموزش بیشترین نقش را در توانمندسازی شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط دارند. در نهایت از بین این مؤلفهها تعیین استراتژی دارای بیشترین اهمیت است و با بهرهگیری از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، مدل توانمندسازی شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط ترسیم و ارائه شده است.

The purpose of this research is to identify the effective factores on empowerment of Capabiliry of small and medium enterprises modelizing them using interpretive structural approach. The tool used in this research is interview method with the managers of the manufacturing companies. The findings of the interviews indicate that 12 key factores are as follow: competitiveness, managerial ability, strategy determination, change and development, business commitment, business policies, transparency and accountability, preparedness for events, technological innovation, marketing and exports, Team building and development of education; and among there factores determination of the strategy has the highest importance. Finally, using Interpretive Structural modeling, the model of empowerment of capability of small and medium enterprises has is presented.
