شناسایی الگوی همکاری-رقابت در صنعت خودروسازی ایران بر اساس رویکرد سیستمی: مطالعه داده بنیاد
همکاری همزمان شرکتهای رقیب که از آن به همکاری-رقابت یاد می شود اخیرا موردتوجه صنایع قرار گرفته است. شرکت-ها با اغراضی همچون افزایش بهرهوری و ارتقاء جایگاه رقابتی خود از این راهبرد بهره میگیرند. بررسیهای انجام گرفته حاکی از این است که این پدیده در صنعت خودروسازی ایران تاکنون الگوسازی نشده است و ابعاد و مؤلفههای آن شناسایی نشده است. پژوهشگر در این مقاله قصد دارد با استفاده از ابزار روششناختی کیفی و راهبرد نظریهپردازی داده بنیاد به شناسایی الگوی همکاری-رقابت در صنعت خودرو ایران بپردازد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شرکت ایرانخودرو گروه سایپا و روش نمونهگیری، نمونهگیری هدفمند است.

بررسی آثار یکپارچگی داخلی و خارجی بر ظرفیت رقابت
این مطالعه تأثیر یکپارچگی داخلی و خارجی را بر توانمندیهای رقابتی بررسـی مـیکنـد. میزان یکپارچگی، درجهای است که تولیدکننده بهطور اسـتراتژیک بـا شـرکای زنجیـره تأمین خـود تشریک مساعی کرده و فرایندهای داخل و خارج سازمانی را بهمنظور دستیابی به جریانـات مـؤثر و کارا از محصولات و خدمات، اطلاعات، پول و تصمیمات جهت فراهم کـردن بیشـترین ارزش بـرای مشتری، به صورت مشارکتی مدیریت میکند. این مطالعه رابطه بین یکپارچگی در سازمان را که شامل ابعاد زنجیره تأمین یکپارچه میشود، با توانمندیهای رقابتی بررسی میکند. بـرای دستیابی به این هدف، رابطه بین ابعاد زنجیـره تأمین یکپارچـه (یکپـارچگی داخلـی و یکپـارچگی خارجی) و توانمندیهای رقابتی (هزینه، کیفیت، تحویل، نوآوری محصـول)، بـا اسـتفاده از یـک مـدل مفهومی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ابعاد یکپارچگی و نیز ابعاد توانمندیهای رقابتی با استفاده از نظرات مدیران این حوزه (بهعنوان خبره) و با بهرهگیری از روش دلفی احصاء گردیده است. ابزار گردآوری این تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته میباشد و نمونه آماری شامل 44 نفر از مدیران بنگاههای صنعتی و معدنی است که از بین پاسخگویان 42 نفر مرد (%95) و 2 نفر زن (%5) بودهاند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات نشان میدهد که بهطورکلی یکپارچگی داخلی و خارجی اثر غیرمستقیم و معناداری به ترتیب به میزان 0/71 و 0/19 بر توانمندیهای رقابتی دارند.بهعبارتدیگر، نتایج نشان میدهد که یکپارچگی داخلی پیشنیازی برای یکپارچگی خارجی میباشد. مطالعه همچنین نشان میدهد که یکپارچگی داخلی و یکپارچگی خارجی تأثیر مثبتی روی بهبود توانمندیهای رقابتی شرکت دارند. قابل ذکر است که یکپارچگی داخلی توانمندیهای رقابتی را از طریق یکپارچگی خارجی نیز، بهبود میدهد.

بهینهسازی فرایند تبادل دانش در خوشههای صنعتی: مطالعه موردی در خوشه صنعتی گچ سمنان
دانش به عنوان یک منبع حیاتی، میتواند برای شرکتها مزیت رقابتی ایجاد کند و کسب و بهکارگیری آن از وظایف مهم هر شرکتی است. خوشه صنعتی مجموعهای از شرکتها با محصولات مشابهند که در یک منطقه جغرافیایی مستقر هستند و شرکتهای عضو خوشه به منظور صرفهجویی در منابع و افزایش توان رقابتیشان در فعالیتهای مشترک با هم همکاری میکنند. یکی از این فعالیتهای مشترک بین اعضای خوشه تبادل دانش است که موجب کاهش هزینههای کسب دانش، افزایش همکاری بین شرکتها، بهبود توانایی، نوآوری و تقویت توان رقابت کلی شرکتهای خوشه میشود. در این مقاله، ما با طراحی و استفاده از شبکههای جریان دانش قصد داریم با حداقل هزینه و زمان فرایند تبادل دانش بین اعضای خوشه را ماکزیمم کنیم. این مساله را با برنامهریزی عدد صحیح مختلط فرموله کرده و با روش دقیق برای خوشه صنعتی گچ سمنان حل میکنیم. سپس با تحلیل حساسیت مدل، پارامترهای مهم و اثرگذار بر فرایند تبادل دانش شناسایی میشوند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل نشان میدهد که از بین دو منبع بودجه و زمان، انعطاف مساله نسبت به بودجه خیلی کمتر است. یعنی کاهش آن اثر خیلی بیشتری در کاهش میزان تبادل دانش در خوشه دارد، اما کاهش مدت برنامه تبادل دانش به مقدار خیلی کمتری میزان تبادل دانش را میکاهد. همچنین با تقویت رابطه بین اعضای خوشه میتوان هزینه تبادل دانش را کاهش داد و با بهبود توان تبادل دانش شرکتها میتوان برنامه تبادل دانش در خوشه را در مدت کوتاهتری انجام داد. این نتایج به مدیران خوشه درک بهتری میدهد تا بتوانند با توجه به منابع موجود، شرایط بازار کسب و کار و اهداف تدوین شده، طوری برنامهریزی کنند که فرایند تبادل دانش بین اعضای خوشه ماکزیمم شود.

استراتژی بازاریابی صادرات سازگار با محیط زیست با نقش میانجی مزیت های رقابتی پورتر
با افزایش آگاهی و دانش افراد در ارتباط با اهمیت رفاه اجتماعی، محیط زیست به دغدغهای جدی برای مردم تبدیل شده است. اهمیت مسائل محیط زیست، افزایش مقررات عمومی، رقابت وسیع سازمانها و فشار افکار عمومی باعث شده است که سازمانها علاوه بر سودآوری و فروش بیشتر، به محیط زیست هم توجه کنند. به دلیل اهمیت این مفهوم، این مطالعه به بررسی استراتژی بازاریابی صادرات سازگار با محیط زیست با نقش میانجی مزیتهای رقابتی پورتر پرداخته است. تعداد 186 پرسشنامه میان صادرکنندگان توزیع و جمعآوری شد و دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که همه فرضیهها به جز تاثیر مستقیم استراتژی سازگار با محیط زیست بر عملکرد صادرات مورد تایید است

تبیین و تحلیل ارزیابی استراتژیهای ورود به بازارهای خارجی (مطالعه موردی: خوشه کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد)
با رقابتی و پیچیدهتر شدن تجارت در سطح بینالملل، لزوم توجه مدیران به استراتژیهای ورود به بازارهای جهانی بهعنوان یک مزیت رقابتی برای شرکتها مطرح شد. در عصر حاضر، اندازهگیری عملکرد با توجه به محیطهای پیچیده و پویا نقش حیاتی در موفقیت سازمانها ایفا میکند. مدلهای مختلفی برای اندازهگیری عملکرد توسعه داده شدهاند. یکی از این مدلها، کارت امتیازی متوازن میباشد که دارای مزایای زیادی نسبت به سایر روشهای مشابه است. در این تحقیق، به ارزیابی عملکرد استراتژیهای ورود به بازارهای خارجی خوشه کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد در طی سالهای 94 و 95 با استفاده از روش کارت امتیازی متوازن پرداخته شده است. استراتژیهای خوشه و شاخصهای مؤثر بر عملکرد آنها بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش و پرسشنامه شناسایی و با استفاده از نظر خبرگان در مناظر کارت امتیازی متوازن جانمایی شده است و جهت تعیین درجه ارجحیت مولفهها نسبت به یکدیگر از تکنیک AHP فازی استفاده شده است. براساس نتایج حاصل منظرهای کارت امتیازی متوازن از منظر مشتری %37، منظر فرایندهای کسب و کار %35، منظر نوآوری و توسعه 5/%33 و منظر مالی %27 محاسبه شد. میتوان نتیجه گرفت، با توجه به اینکه منظرهای کارت امتیازی متوازن موفقیت چشمگیری نداشته است، برای موفقیت بیشتر نیاز به افزایش همکاری با کشورهای پیشرفته تولیدکننده کاشی و سرامیک در بخش طراحی و توسعه محصولات، تنوع پرتفولیوی محصولات، ایجاد برند و کنسرسیوم واحد برای خوشه میباشد.

آسیب شناسی و شناسایی تواناسازهای حمایتی از صادرات شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط
در عصر حاضر در همه کشورهای توسعهیافته و درحالتوسعه حرکت به سمت سرمایهگذاری روی شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط [1] افزایشیافته است. شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط به دلیل ساختار انعطافپذیری و پویایی که دارند بهراحتی میتوانند خود را با تقاضاهای مشتریانی که نسبت به گذشته تغییر سلیقه داده، انطباق دهند و وارد بازارهای کشورهای مختلف شوند. از طرفی به دلیل اینکه شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط سهم بزرگی از اشتغال و تولیدات کشورهای توسعهیافته و درحالتوسعه را تشکیل میدهند، سیاستگذاریها به سمت حمایت بیشتر و فعال کردن این بخش از اقتصاد سوق پیداکرده است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی تواناسازهای حمایتی از SMEها پرداخته است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش تحلیلی است. بهمنظور شناسایی عوامل ضمن مرور اسناد و مستندات 7 سازمان زیر نظر وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت (سازمان صنایع کوچک و شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی، سازمان توسعه تجارت، صندوق ضمانت سرمایهگذاری صنایع کوچک، صندوق ضمانت صادرات، سازمان گسترش و نوسازی، بانک صنعت و معدن، سازمان حمایت از مصرفکنندگان و تولیدکنندگان) و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان آگاه از روش کیفی تم استفادهشده است. نتایج پژوهش تم و مصاحبه به 6 تم اصلی (شامل حمایت مالی و اعتباری، حمایت تجاری، حمایت زیرساختی، حمایت اطلاعاتی و دانش، قوانین و مقررات تسهیلگر، حمایت اجتماعی و فرهنگی) طبقهبندی و به 31 تم فرعی منجر شد.
