تاثیر مصرفگرایی خارجی بر تمایل به خرید محصولات ایرانی
هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر نگرش عمومی نسبت به محصولات خارجی بر تمایل به خرید محصولات ایرانی است. این پژوهش از دسته پژوهشهای کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری دادهها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری عبارت است از مصرفکنندگان نوشیدنی در بازار ایران. از بین این جامعه آماری 333 نفر که بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدهاند به پرسشنامه الکترونیکی پژوهش پاسخ دادهاند. دادههای بهدست آمده با روش الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری و از طریق نرمافزار اسمارت پی ال اس، تحلیل شدهاند. یافتهها نشان میدهند ملیگرایی مصرفی تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر نگرش و ادراک مصرفکنندگان از محصولات ایرانی دارد. همچنین بیگانگی مصرفی تأثیر منفی و معنیداری بر نگرش و ادراک مصرفکنندگان از محصولات ایرانی دارد. نگرش و ادراک از محصولات ایرانی تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر ارزیابی محصولات ایرانی و ارزیابی محصولات ایرانی تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر تمایل خرید محصولات ایرانی دارند.

بررسی تاثیر برند بر وفاداری مشتری، تمایل به خرید و تمایل به تبلیغات شفاهی( مطالعه موردی: نمایندگیهای ایران خودرو در شیراز)
هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی تأثیر ابعاد شخصیت برند بر وفاداری مشتریان، تبلیغات شفاهی و تمایل به خرید در بین مشتریان نمایندگیهای مجاز ایرانخودرو در سطح شهر شیراز است. روش انجام پژوهش از نظر هدف، جزء تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر جمعآوری و شیوه انجام اطلاعات میدانی است. جامعهی آماری این پژوهش کلیه مشتریان نمایندگیهای ایران خودرو در شهر شیراز در سال 97 است؛ با استفاده از نمونهگیری تصادفی از طریق جدول مورگان، 384 نفر بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدهاند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد شخصیت برند، وفاداری برند، تمایل به خرید مجدد و تبلیغات شفاهی است که در طیف پنج ارزشی لیکرت گردآوری شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در دو قسمت از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلهای استنباطی مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (با استفاده از نرمافزار اسمارت Smart PLS) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهند که شخصیت برند بر وفاداری مشتریان، تمایل به خرید و تمایل به تبلیغات شفاهی تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری دارد. بیشترین مقدار مربوط به تأثیرگذاری صلاحیت بر تبلیغات شفاهی است. کمترین مقدار مربوط به تأثیر استحکام بر تمایل به خرید است.

شناسایی و طبقه بندی برنامههای اثر گذار بر وفاداری مشتریان (مورد مطالعه: مشتریان بیمه پاسارگاد شهر شیراز)
هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و طبقهبندی برنامههای وفادارسازی مشتریان بیمه با رویکرد مرور سیستماتیک است. نوع پژوهش کاربردی، کیفی، استقرایی، غیر آزمایشگاهی و مقطعی و از نظر روششناسی، مروری سیستماتیک است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، خبرگان حوزه برنامههای وفادارسازی و آگاه به صنعت بیمه هستند که از روش نمونهبرداری قضاوتی و هدفمند در دسترس برای انتخاب و قاعده اشباع نظری برای حجم نمونه استفاده شده است. حجم نمونه به روش گلوله برفی، 14 نفر است. در مرحله اول با روش مرور سیستماتیک برنامهها شناساییشده و در مرحله دوم بهمنظور تعیین روایی برنامههای شناساییشده در صنعت بیمه، از شاخص روایی محتوایی استفاده و در نهایت برنامههای منتخب دستهبندی و با شاخص کاپا تعیین اعتبار شده است. بر اساس یافتهها متناسب با مشتریان بیمه، 15 برنامه وفادارسازی شناسایی و در چهار دسته گروهبندیشدهاند: جایزه، تخفیف نقدی، تخفیف حجمی، خدمات بیمهای مازاد و رایگان (اشانتیون)، کوپن، اعطای خدمات رایگان غیربیمهای، کارتهای اعتباری، امکان خرید قسطی بیمهنامه، دسترسی به سایت و اپ، کاهش زمان ارائه خدمات، شخصیسازی خدمات بیمهای، پاداشهای غیرپولی، رفتار ترجیحی، فراهمسازی تفریحات برای مشتریان و باشگاه مشتریان.

جایگاه بازار عمان در توسعه صادرات ایران
هدف این مقاله، بررسی اقتصاد عمان و جایگاه آن برای صادرات ایران است. از نظر ماهیت، این مقاله از نوع مروری و روش آن توصیفی-تفسیری است. نتایج بهدست آمده نشان میدهد سهولت در ثبت شرکتها و امکان مالکیت 100 درصدی برای مالکان ایرانی، هزینه مناسب انجام کسب و کار و ارائه تسهیلات ۵۰ تا ۷۰ درصدی به پروژهها سبب میشود تا امکان افزایش روابط تجاری دو طرف مقرون به صرفه باشد. با سرمایهگذاریهای زیرساختی در دست اجرا، تقاضا برای واردات کالاهای سرمایهای، مواد خام و ماشینآلات در این کشور در حال افزایش است و این امر فرصت مناسبی برای صادرکنندگان ایران و رقبای تجاری آن ایجاد خواهد کرد. مهمترین رقیب صادراتی ایران در حوزه خدمات فنی و مهندسی کشور هندوستان است که رقابت جدی با این کشور نیازمند سهولت در اعطای تسهیلات و هماهنگی میان نهادهای مالی صادراتی برای صدور ضمانتنامه است. همچنین با توجه به فرصت صادرات مجدد در کشور عمان پیشنهاد میشود که خدمات نهادهای مالی علاوه بر صادرات، حوزه صادرات مجدد را نیز دربرگیرد.

واکاوی معاهده پی سی تی؛ دریچهای بهنظام بینالمللی حمایت از اختراع
ثبت اختراع بهعنوان مهمترین ابزار حمایت از مخترعان همواره مورد توجه سازمان جهانی مالکیت فکری بوده است. ازاینرو تلاش شده تا با ایجاد نظام بینالمللی برای ثبت اختراعات در قالب معاهداتی مانند پاریس این موضوع به امری فراگیر مبدل شود. در این راستا، نظام همکاری ثبت اختراعات برای ایجاد وحدت میان کشورها، حرکتی مقدماتی را آغاز کرده است و مأموریت متحدالشکل کردن قوانین شکلی ثبت اختراع در جهت تسهیل ثبت بینالمللی اختراع را دارد. پرسشی که مطرح میشود، این است که نظام پی سی تی به چه میزان در هماهنگی قوانین ثبت اختراع موفق بوده و آیا اساساً ایجاد قانون یکسان برای تمامی کشورها و با شرایط متفاوت حاکمیتی امکانپذیر است؟ این پژوهش مبتنی بر روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است؛ میزان پذیرش نتایج نظام پی سی تی در ادارات ثبت ملی و منطقهای بررسیشده و راهکاری مناسب جهت بهبود عملکرد ادارات ثبت ارائه میشود. نتایج نشان میدهد که با ایجاد اصلاحاتی در پی سی تی و وضع مقرراتی برای اعتمادسازی به نتایج بررسی در میان ادارات ثبت، میتوان مکانیسم تقسیم کار را اعمال کرد و از این طریق، ناهماهنگی در نتایج بررسی ادارات مختلف را تعدیل نمود.

انتخاب و رتبهبندی بازارهای هدف صادراتی محصول رگلاتور گاز ایران با رویکرد تصمیمگیری فازی (مطالعه موردی: شرکت پارس رگلاتور)
هدف اصلی این پژوهش انتخاب و رتبهبندی بازارهای هدف صادراتی محصول رگلاتور گاز ایران با رویکرد تصمیمگیری فازی در شرکت پارس رگلاتور است. اصلیترین معیارهای تصمیمگیری، عوامل سیاسی، پتانسیل بازار، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل فرهنگی، عوامل زیرساختی و عوامل قانونی است که در مدل مفهومی تحقیق تبیین شده است. این پژوهش، یک پژوهش مقطعی و کاربردی بوده و با روش پیمایشی-تحلیلی و رویکرد تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره فازی (فرایند تحلیل شبکهای فازی و تاپسیس فازی) انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که با در نظر گرفتن استراتژی بازاریابی شرکت که جلب مشارکت مشتری و بازار دائمی برای کشورهای هدف صادراتی است، بر اساس معیارهای تحقیق به ترتیب کشورهای سودان، افغانستان، سوریه، ترکیه، ارمنستان، الجزایر، عراق، رومانی و گرجستان در رتبههای اول تا نهم قرار میگیرند.

ارائه الگوی توانمندسازی شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط
در دنیای امروز؛ تغییر و تحولات و انعطافپذیری لازمهی تأمین بقای سازمانها است. توانمندسازی بهعنوان یکی از راهبردهای اساسی برای افزایش عملکرد و تأمین بقا در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط عنوان شده است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفههای توانمندسازی شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط (در سطح شهر تهران) و همچنین اولویتبندی این مؤلفهها و ارائه مدلی با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری است. دادههای پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه با مدیران شرکتهای تولیدی موادغذایی و ماشینآلات ایرانخودرو بهدست آمده است.
یافتهها نشان میدهد که دوازده مؤلفه اساسی رقابتپذیری، توانایی مدیریتی، تعیین استراتژی، تغییر و تحول، تعهد کاری، خطمشیها و سیاستهای تجاری، شفافیت و گزارشدهی، آمادگی در برابر حوادث، نوآوری فناورانه، بازاریابی و صادرات، تیمسازی و توسعه آموزش بیشترین نقش را در توانمندسازی شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط دارند. در نهایت از بین این مؤلفهها تعیین استراتژی دارای بیشترین اهمیت است و با بهرهگیری از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، مدل توانمندسازی شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط ترسیم و ارائه شده است.
