One of the most important factors in the decision to invest in both domestic and foreign investment is the existence of a secure environment.in other words, the most important factors is the proper investment environment and what has been interpreted as the ease of doing business. The main goal of this study is to investigate the effect of indicators of ease of doing business and domestic investment on foreign direct investment in selected countries. For this purpose, based on the division of the World Bank, four groups of countries are considered by their income level, including low-income countries, lower middle-income countries, upper middle-income countries and high-income countries, and the effect of domestic investment and indicators of ease of doing business have been evaluated using a Panel data model. The result shows that the level of development of countries and their income influences the magnitude and effect of domestic private investment and indicators ease of doing business on FDI. In a low-income, lower middle income and high-income countries, the effect of investment on foreign direct investment is positive, and in the upper middle countries, this has a negative effect. Meanwhile, the effect of each indicator of ease of doing business on foreign investment varies depending on the income level of countries.}, keywords = {Foreign Direct Investment / Ease of doing Business / Development}, title_fa = {نقش توسعه یافتگی کشورها در اثرگذاری شاخص های بهبود فضای کسب و کار بر جریان سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی}, abstract_fa = {سرمایه‌گذاری یکی از اجزای مهم تقاضای کل است که نقش بسیار تعیین‌کننده‌ای در رشد اقتصادی هر کشور ایفا می‌کند. لذا شناخت رفتار سرمایه‌گذاری مورد توجه اقتصاددانان و سیاست‌گذاران اقتصادی بوده است. یکی از عوامل مهمی که در تصمیم برای سرمایه‌گذاری چه در سرمایه‌گذاری داخلی و چه در سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی موثر است، وجود فضای امن و آنچه تحت عنوان بهبود فضای کسب و کار از آن تعبیر شده، می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر به دنبال بررسی نقش توسعه‌یافتگی کشورها در تاثیرگذاری شاخص‌های بهبود فضای کسب و کار بر سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی است. در این مقاله به‌منظور تعیین سطح توسعه‌یافتگی از متغیر درآمد ملی استفاده شده است. بدین منظور بر اساس تقسیم‌بندی بانک جهانی چهار گروه کشور بر حسب میزان درآمد آنها اعم از کشورهای با درآمد پایین که نشانگر کشورهای با سطح توسعه‌یافتگی پایین، با درآمد متوسط به پایین بیانگر کشورهای با سطح توسعه متوسط، با درآمد متوسط به بالا که نشان‌دهنده کشورهای با سطح توسعه‌یافتگی متوسط به بالا و با درآمد بالا که بیانگر کشورهای توسعه‌یافته می باشد، در نظر گرفته شده و اثر متغیرهای (زیرشاخص‌های) شاخص بهبود فضای کسب و کار بر سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی با استفاده از مدل داده‌های ترکیبی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتیجه برآورد نشان می‌دهد سطح توسعه‌یافتگی کشورها و درآمد آنها بر میزان و جهت اثرگذاری تشکیل سرمایه ثابت ناخالص و زیر شاخص‌های بهبود فضای کسب و کار تاثیر دارد. به نحوی که در کشورهای با درآمد پایین، متوسط به پایین و بالا اثر تشکیل سرمایه ثابت ناخالص بر سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، مثبت و در کشورهای متوسط به بالا، این اثر منفی است. در ضمن اثر هر یک از زیرشاخص‌های بهبود کسب و کار بر سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی بسته به سطح درآمد کشورها متفاوت است. }, keywords_fa = {سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی / بهبود فضای کسب و کار / توسعه‌یافتگی}, url = {https://barresybazargani.itsr.ir/article_254033.html}, eprint = {https://barresybazargani.itsr.ir/article_254033_46ba92a4979a3fb14deb2583a999aeaa.pdf} }
